HM Healthcare Partners operates ONEHealth MOMentum for invited research participants and authorized study personnel. Approved study protocol, informed consent, HIPAA authorization when applicable, IRB determinations, and sponsor agreements control study-specific details.
Information We Collect
- Account, authentication, invite, role, and study enrollment records.
- Eligibility screening answers, pregnancy timeline, preferences, notification preferences, and support requests.
- eConsent events, signature acknowledgments, signed consent artifacts, consent manifest metadata, and audit event identifiers.
- Meal photos, barcode scans, manual food entries, supplement label captures, medication and OTC entries, portions, timing, and uncertainty notes.
- Folate and nutrient abstraction fields, including natural folate, folic acid, dietary folate equivalents, folate form, intake context, reference source, portion confidence, and reviewer-needed flags.
How We Use Information
- Operate the research app, authenticate participants, support enrollment, and maintain mobile sync.
- Conduct IRB-approved observational research and validate prenatal nutrition exposure capture and DFE calculations.
- Generate, retrieve, and audit consent records and study evidence bundles.
- Route uncertain food, supplement, and folate records for qualified study review.
- Protect app security, monitor reliability, and satisfy legal or study recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing, Security, And Retention
We do not sell ONEHealth MOMentum research app data or use participant health information for third-party advertising. We share information only with authorized study personnel, oversight bodies, contracted service providers, and study systems designated in approved study documents.
Some consent, audit, safety, regulatory, and de-identified research records may need to be retained after withdrawal or account deletion when required by law, IRB requirements, or the approved protocol.
